Address mark АМ-1 prot.R3, АМ-4 prot.R3 is designed for alerts receiving from devices with output of dry contact type, which are not connected to the loop, as well as to transmit the alerts to receive-control alarm device. It is designed to operate as a part of address system controlled by receive-control alarm device Rubezh-2OP prot.R3.

Address mark helps to control failures (break, short circuit) of communication line between address mark and device under control.
By alarm loop resistance control, address mark transmits corresponding event alert (contacts closing/opening, failure) to receiving and controlling device with address specified.
Address mark power supply as well as signals transmission to receiving and controlling device is realized via dedicated communication line. Address mark AM-1 prot. R3 and AM-1 prot.R3 may be installed in DIN rail using special securing bar (not in the scope of supply; may be provided by separate order).
From a functional point of view, АМ-4 prot.R3 address mark includes four separate logical units АМ-1 prot.R3.
At the address mark board, there is a button used as a decapsulation sensor (to be used in guarding configuration) as well as for device addressing at receiving and controlling device.
Every loop of address mark may be connected with one or two sensors with output of dry contact type. Parallel to each annunciator, bypass resistor shall be connected. Sensors contacts may be either normally closed or normally opened. Initial configuration is required for correct identification of sensors connected.
